Dr. David S. Chermak
Dr. Chermak graduated from the University of Kentucky receiving a degree in Bachelors of Business and Administration with a major in finance. He attended the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where he was a member of both Psi Omega and Phi Delta Honorary Dental Societies. He received his Certification in Orthodontics and Masters Degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. He is the former president of the Forsyth County Dental Society, and a previous representative of the North Carolina political actions committee for the American Dental Association.
He and his wife , Marci have lived in Winston Salem since 2001. They have two boys, Stephen who is 5 years old and Pierce who is 2. The Chermaks all enjoy traveling, golf, and the passion for college sports
