Jiffy Lube, McDonald's, Texaco and Wachovia Bank are located at this intersection. From this intersection, travel west on Peace Haven Road. Jiffy Lube will be on your right, followed by Bank of America. Our office is the next building on your right, next to the bank.

Our Clemmons office is on Hwy 158 or Clemmons Road, near the intersection of HWY 158 and Lewisville-Clemmons Road. Walgreen's, RBC Bank, and CVS are located at this intersection. From this intersection, travel west towards Tanglewood, Clemmons United Methodist Church will be on your right. Our office is the fourth building on the right.

From Hwy 52, take the King-Tobaccoville Exit (Exit # 123) and turn west onto Main Street heading into King. From this intersection, travel west towards King for 6/10ths of a mile. As your travel down Main Street, the Post Office will be on your right, followed by Advance Auto Parts on your left, and eventually, Calvary Baptist Church on the left. Our office is the first building on your left after you pass the entrance to the church.

Office Hours
Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:30am - 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
If you are planning an emergency visit to one of our offices, please phone ahead to
confirm the hours for that day when one of our doctors will be available.
Holidays
Our office will be closed in observance of the following holidays:
- New Years Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day (and the Friday following)
- Christmas Day
In addition, our office is closed the week between Christmas and New Years
Day to allow our staff to spend time with their families. A dentist is
on-call during this week. Emergency care, which cannot wait until normal
office hours, can be scheduled during these times to relieve any
discomfort.
Snow Days
If driving conditions are questionable because of icy roads, please call
our Winston-Salem office at 336-760-1491. Our answering machine will be
updated with any delays or cancellations of appointments.
Also, office closures or delays due to inclement weather conditions for
any of Drs. Chermak and Hanson's offices will be posted on television
station, WXII, News Channel 12.
Continuing Education Days
Our office is occasionally closed for staff training and continuing
education seminars. During those times, our answering machine will
supply an emergency number where a message can be left. Our voice mail
will be checked periodically throughout the day and any patients or
parents with emergencies will be contacted as soon as possible.
